🔧 1. Why are my workouts or diet plans missing for certain dates?
Missing entries may happen if:
- You’ve exhausted your free token limit on OpenRouter.ai.
- A new API key was added but the app wasn’t restarted.
- Your internet connection dropped during generation.
- The AI backend was unavailable — please try again the next day.
🔐 2. Nothing is being generated at all. What now?
Check the following:
- A valid API key is installed. Signup and create one at OpenRouter.ai .
- All models on OpenRouter.ai can be accessed using the same key, so it does not matters which model you selected to generate the api key.
- Mostly, the default model on the Settings page is free and sufficient but you may experiment with other or newer models on the OpenRouter.ai website.
- The model name in your app’s Settings page exactly matches what you see on OpenRouter.ai.
- If you have chosen any of the paid model from the OpenRouter.ai, then make sure that you have sufficient credits to access that model.
- Exit the application using Exit option from the flyout menu and restart.
- Wait 24 hours if the key was recently created — it may take time to activate.
🧠 3. Where do I generate workouts and diets from?
You must go to the Goals page to generate plans. Here’s how:
- Complete your profile (name, age, height etc fitness level, diet culture, equipment access, etc.)
- Create a goal like “Muscle gain with home workouts”
- Answer the AI-generated questionnaire (the more answers, the better the results)
- Tap the Workout or Diet Generation button on the active goal card

🎯 4. What should I include in a goal for the best results?
- Workout type: bodybuilding, yoga, gym/home workouts
- Diet preference: vegetarian, vegan, keto, etc.
- Add detailed instructions like: “Flexibility training at home with simple yoga for beginners”
“Physique development using only dumbbells and bodyweight”
📅 5. How do I see plans for the upcoming days?
- Go to the Home Screen
- Select a date range (up to 10 days)
- View your plans for multiple days in a row. Press the Workout Plan button to view your AI planned workouts or press the Diet Plan button to view your AI planned diets. All these are custom tailored based on the information you have provided about yourself.
🔁 6. What if my generated plans seem incomplete or off?
- Add correction notes to your goal card e.g., “Avoid dairy”, “More cardio focus”, “Reduce volume”
- Then click Regenerate Plan
- Be sure to keep the goal page open while generation completes. Sometimes, a user has to go through planning cycle several times to get the satisfactory results. Having a 24 hrs gap between the planning cycles is recommended.
📝 7. Can I track my progress or give feedback to the AI?
Absolutely!
- Add daily notes to your workouts or diets e.g., “Did only 3 sets”, “Skipped dinner”, “Felt sore”
- These notes help the AI fine-tune future plans and track your goal progress
🕒 8. Why is it slow or not responding sometimes?
Plan generation can take time. Here’s why:
- AI is building custom content based on multiple factors
- The app may be waiting on a response from the backend AI model

🔄 If it still fails, try again the next day — some server issues resolve automatically.
